Brock Faulkner is managing partner at Aron & Hennig, and primarily provides business and transactional services with dedicated experience representing licensed professionals in matters unique to their professions and related business entities (e.g., accountants, chiropractors, dentists, engineers, optometrists, physicians). Assists clients across a broad range of business law matters, such as buy-sell and transition planning, employment contracts and employment law, internal governance (bylaws, operating agreements, shareholder agreements), tax planning, management of problems and conflicts, and other operational issues.
Within his health law practice, he represents physicians and physician group practices across a wide range of sub-specialties, with a concentration in the following areas: ancillary services (surgery centers and imaging modalities), business transactions, medical office buildings, board of medicine reviews, physician and mid-level practitioner employment and compensation models, hospital / physician relations and provider services contracting, ownership transition planning, provider reimbursement, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ACA, EMTALA, HIPAA, Stark / AKS).
Since joining Aron & Hennig in 2006, Brock has worked closely with senior attorneys at the firm along with management teams of several large businesses, and endeavors to employ those extensive mentorship and training experiences in his legal practice. Outside the office, he enjoys the mountains and open space, biking, skiing, and spending time with his family. Community service work includes the Laramie Plains Museum, Lincoln Community Center, and the Snowy Range Ski Club.
